The Evil One
His wretched face I can still see.
As he crooned and cackled and yell at me.
His eyes were black and cold as stone.
I hurried past to reach my home.
But behind I heard him mumble.
An incantation “Scrix Scrox Scrumble!”
And with those words my throat did burn.
And eyes turned red and the world did turn.
My arms and legs got twisted and broken.
My skin was blistered and I started choking.
Then at last I began to scream.
And woke myself up from a horrible dream.
